1. Log into www.stonealley.com
   
   
2. Go to the "Admin" tab.
   
   
3. Click the "Manage" button next to the program you want to edit.
   
   
4. Under the 'Sessions' heading, locate the session you want to edit, and click "Manage Session".
   
   
5. You should now be able to see all active leagues. Underneath that list, under the 'Session Options' heading, click the "Settings" button.
   
   
6. From here, you can view and edit league caps.
   • To set a cap on a league, enter the max number of registrants. Once the form has collected that number of registrants, it will no longer accept new registrants.
   • If you wish to manually close a league, set the cap to -1 (negative one)
   • If there is no cap on the league, leave the field blank OR set to "0" - this means the form will accept an unlimited number of registrations until registration closes (by time or manually).
   
   
7. Once you've made your changes, click the "Save" button to complete.
