Changing league assignment (one player):

Best for moving members from one league to another who have already paid AND/OR don’t owe more due to transferring:

  1. Log into core site (www.stonealley.com)

  2. Navigate to appropriate Program page

  3. On the left, click “View Reports”, under the ‘Administration’ heading

  4. Then, open the Member report - click “View Report”

  5. Use the filters/drop down menus to view the league that the member is currently registered for, then click “Display”

  6. Locate the member name (you can use the name filter to find more quickly), then click the “Edit” button

  7. In the registration form, find the ‘Participant Details’ heading and use the “Select League” drop down menu to select the correct league. When complete, scroll down and click “Save”

 

Moving Player(s) Between Leagues

Best for moving multiple players (batch) and billing players (creating a new receivable) due to transferring (in case of a move from waiting list to actual team, for example).

  1. Log into core site (www.stonealley.com)

  2. Navigate to appropriate Program page

  3. On the left, click “Manage Program”, under the ‘Administration’ heading

  4. Locate the Group, then click “Manage Group”

  5. Locate the Session, then click “Manage Session”. This will display all active leagues within the Session.

  6. Under the heading “Session Options” towards the bottom of the page, click “Manage Members”

  7. Select the league that the member is currently registered for, then click display.

  8. Select the Destination League from the dropdown menu

    If you need to bill the registrant due to a league transfer (for example, from the waiting list league to actual league, check the box, “Create receivable when moving members”. This will enable you to enter an amount to be billed)

  9. Locate the name (use the name filter to find more quickly), then click the “Select” button

  10. Ensure that the destination league is correctly selected, and then click “Move Selected Members” to complete the transfer
