To whitelist info@stonealley.com with Yahoo, follow these steps:
Method 1: Add to Contacts
Adding the sender to your contacts ensures that emails from them are never marked as spam.
- Open Yahoo Mail and log in to your account.
- Click on the Contacts icon (usually a small address book or person icon on the right side).
- Select Add a New Contact.
- Enter the details:
- Name: Stone Alley (or whatever you prefer)
- Email: info@stonealley.com
- Click Save.
By adding the email address to your contacts, Yahoo will recognize it as a trusted sender.
Method 2: Mark as Not Spam
If emails from info@stonealley.com are going to the Spam folder:
- Go to the Spam folder.
- Locate the email from info@stonealley.com.
- Open the email and click on the Not Spam button at the top.
- This moves the email to your Inbox and signals to Yahoo that this sender is safe.
Method 3: Create a Filter
You can also create a custom filter to ensure emails from this address always go to your Inbox:
- Go to Settings (gear icon) and select More Settings.

- Choose Folder to Move to: Inbox

This filter ensures all emails from info@stonealley.com bypass the spam folder and go directly to your Inbox.
Method 4: Check Spam Settings
Ensure Yahoo's spam settings are not overly aggressive:
- In Settings > More Settings, go to Security and Privacy.
- Make sure no spam filters or blocking rules are affecting the email address.
Notes:
- It may take a few minutes for the changes to take effect.
- If emails still go to spam, check if other spam filters (e.g., on your device or third-party apps) are affecting delivery.
